Muskegon Community Concerts hosts The United States Navy Band at the Frauenthal Center, downtown Muskegon

Saturday March 18th

The United States Navy Band from Washington, D.C., will present a FREE concert hosted by Muskegon Community Concerts at the historic Frauenthal theater in Muskegon on Saturday March 18th at 7 P.M.

Under the baton of Captain Kenneth C. Collins, the band will present a variety of popular and classical favorites. This special performance by the Navy’s premier musical organization is part of the Navy Band’s national tour. The band performs frequently at the White House and the U.S. Capital Building and has participated in 24 presidential inaugurals.

Members of several local high school bands will join the Navy Band on stage to perform John Philip Sousa’s “Washington Post March.”

The concert is free, but tickets are required. Tickets are available starting on Monday February 13th at the Frauenthal Center box office in downtown Muskegon, 425 West Western Avenue,
