2024. Weather permitting, guests can enjoy an elevated dining experience every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. This expansion marks a new chapter for The Early Owl, offering patrons an elevated dining experience with views of downtown. With the summer season on the horizon, the rooftop will extend its operating hours to welcome guests seven days a week starting Memorial Day weekend.
As a relatively new addition to the downtown landscape, The Early Owl is thrilled to expand its offerings, providing locals and visitors alike with an inviting atmosphere to savor delicious food and refreshing beverages. The rooftop’s cozy ambiance and urban charm creates a welcoming retreat above the bustling streets below.
The Early Owl’s menu boasts an enticing selection of dishes, ranging from classic breakfast favorites like Eggs Benedict to hearty salads, handhelds, and mouthwatering smash burgers. Patrons can also unwind with a variety of craft cocktails and libations from the full bar.
To support its rooftop venture, The Early Owl is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team. Open interviews for all positions will be held on Tuesday, May 7th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Opportunities include Servers, Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners, Bartenders, Barbacks, Expeditors, Line Cooks, Dishwashers, and Prep Cooks, with options for part-time, full-time, and seasonal employment.
